Nominees will have made a major contribution to the literary, performing or visual arts in the Rome Community. Nominees can be living or deceased. Once nominated, names are carried forward for consideration in subsequent years. Photo copies of this form are acceptable.

Nominations are now accepted for the Class of 2025.  The deadline for nominations is Sunday, January 19, 2025.
